Bio

I was born in Houston, TX, which I now call home despite moving around the world every few years while growing up. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BSA in Biochemistry and a BA in a small liberal arts program called Plan II Honors, which inspired and fostered my love for the arts and humanities. I then went on to complete medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and residency at the University of Pennsylvania.

My clinical passions span a broad range of general internal medicine topics that center minorities and historically underserved patients, including women’s and sexual health, gender affirming care, and immigrant health. As a PCP and aspiring clinician educator, I look forward to completing the medical education fellowship where I can further define my broad educational interest in the medical humanities.

In my spare time, I enjoy visiting bookstores, watching movies, and trying new Boba and ice cream spots. I also enjoy being a big sister, daughter, and close friend to my loved ones.
